When you choose to enter the Legacy Room, we collect your first and last name, mobile number, contact consent, age or guardian confirmation, and limited visit context such as campaign source, referring page, landing page, and browser identifier. If you explicitly save a Legacy Vision Profile, we also store the answers and self-selected priorities in that profile.
We use submitted information to provide requested resources, communicate about EA Legacy programs, events, and opportunities, maintain the visitor experience, prevent abuse, and understand outreach effectiveness. Names, phone numbers, and profile answers are not sent to advertising or site analytics tools.
Visitor records and Legacy Vision Profiles are kept in protected systems. Public website visitors cannot browse, edit, or enumerate submitted records. We retain only information needed for the purposes described here and apply reasonable safeguards to protect it.
Consent is not a condition of participation. You may opt out of messages at any time. Use the Clear local access data control in the site footer to remove the returning-visitor token from this browser. To request access, correction, or deletion of stored records, contact us using the address below.
Visitors confirm that they are 18 or older or have permission from a parent or legal guardian before submitting the locker access form.
