Who we are

The Game Gave You a Platform. What You Build With It Becomes Your Legacy.

Empowering Athletes Legacy is a faith-centered organization created to empower current athletes, former athletes, their families, and the generations coming behind them to recognize that their purpose extends far beyond the field, court, track, ring, or arena.

Who We Are

Eagles Practice V1

The opening truth

Sports can create extraordinary opportunities.

But contracts expire. Careers end. The spotlight moves on.

Legacy does not have to.

We exist to help athletes transform their discipline, relationships, resources, experiences, and influence into lasting impact through financial education, ownership, entrepreneurship, investing, wellness, agriculture, mentorship, community development, and service. Our goal is not simply to prepare athletes for life after sports. We want to help athletes build lives that become bigger than sports.

Our Mission

Empower the Athlete. Educate the Family. Impact the Community. Shift the Generation.

Our mission is to equip athletes with the education, relationships, resources, and opportunities necessary to build lives of purpose, ownership, stewardship, wellness, and generational impact beyond competition.

We bring athletes together with experienced business leaders, investors, operators, educators, wellness professionals, community leaders, and mentors who can help turn access into education and education into action — then bring that knowledge back into our communities.

A builder ofbusinesses.assets.families.communities.opportunity.the next generation.

The ultimate goal is not simply helping an athlete become wealthy. It is helping an athlete become a builder.

Our Vision

Building a Future Where Athletes Become Architects of Generational Change.

We envision a national ecosystem where athletes use their influence to create opportunities that continue long after their final season. Our long-term vision includes developing Empowering Athletes Legacy Centers in communities throughout the Sun Belt and beyond — places where young people and families have access to mentorship, financial education, entrepreneurship, technology, agriculture, wellness, media, leadership development, and meaningful interaction with athletes who have walked paths they can identify with.

We want a child to walk through our doors because they admire an athlete — and leave understanding that they too can become an owner, investor, entrepreneur, farmer, creator, mentor, community leader, and builder.

The final whistle doesn't end your story.

It's where your legacy begins.

Empowering Athletes Legacy

One Love. One Community. One Legacy.

Build Ownership

Pillar 01 of 04

Our philosophy: CASH FLOW > CONTRACTS

Athletic careers can create extraordinary earning opportunities, but income alone does not create generational wealth.

We educate athletes and their families around financial literacy, entrepreneurship, investing, real estate, business ownership, land, responsible tax education, estate planning concepts, and long-term stewardship.

The contract can create the opportunity. Ownership can extend its impact for generations.

Wealth. Wellness. Purpose. Legacy.

Four pillars. One mission.

To empower athletes to turn the opportunities created by sports into a lifetime of ownership, purpose, service, and generational impact.

Legacy > Lifestyle

Enjoy the Lifestyle. Build the Legacy.

There is nothing wrong with enjoying the rewards that come from years of sacrifice. But lifestyle should never consume legacy. The cars change. The clothes change. The attention changes. The contract eventually ends.

What remains is what you owned, built, taught, invested, protected, and passed forward. We want athletes thinking beyond what they can buy today and toward what they can build for the next 100 years.

Cash Flow > Contracts

A contract can change a life. Ownership can change a trajectory.

Athletes are conditioned to negotiate their next contract. We want them equally prepared to build their next source of cash flow. Real estate. Businesses. Land. Agriculture. Equity. Intellectual property. Media. Investments. Entrepreneurship.

The goal is not to replace the contract. The goal is to use the contract as a bridge toward ownership.

Meet the Leadership

Co-Founder | Athlete Relations, Community & Legacy Development

Coming from Ysleta Del Sur Pueblo, Antonio Cuevas brings a community-centered perspective to Empowering Athletes Legacy and a belief that an athlete's influence can become a powerful vehicle for generational change.

A former collegiate athlete himself, Antonio works at the intersection of professional sports, entrepreneurship, investing, media, technology, Indigenous communities, and community development. His role is centered around connecting athletes with the people, education, opportunities, and resources that can help them think beyond their playing careers and use their platforms to create ownership, strengthen families, mentor youth, and build lasting impact.

For Antonio, the mission is simple: help athletes recognize that who they become beyond the game can be even greater than who they were within it.

What We Believe

Our beliefs.

We believe purpose is greater than popularity.

We believe legacy is greater than lifestyle.

We believe cash flow is greater than contracts.

We believe financial education should begin before the first major check arrives.

We believe athletes should understand ownership, not simply endorsements.

We believe health includes the mind, body and spirit.

We believe food, land and agriculture are important components of resilient communities.

We believe athletes can become some of the most influential mentors of the next generation.

We believe knowledge should be passed forward.

We believe wealth carries a responsibility to create opportunity for others.

We believe stronger individuals create stronger families, and stronger families create stronger communities.

And above everything

We believe the greatest statistic an athlete can leave behind is the number of lives they changed.
